Beauty Central Premium Business Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Beauty Central Gold Coast Premium Business Subscription Service (“Service”) provided by Beauty Central Gold Coast (“BCGC Directory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.1. By subscribing to the Service on www.beautycentralgoldcoast.com.au, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to the Service.
1.2. Subscription Agreement
By subscribing to Beauty Central Gold Coast on www.beautycentralgoldcoast.com.au, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified on the website and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.Subscription Fee and Payment
2.1. The subscription fee for the Beauty Central Gold Coast business membership is payable weekly, monthly and annually in advance through the Stripe payment gateway.
2.2. You authorize Beauty Central to charge the provided payment method on a weekly, monthly or annual basis for the subscription fee.
2.3. Payment is due on the day of the week, date of the month or year, corresponding to the commencement of your subscription.
2.4. In the event of a failed payment or cancelled subscription, Beauty Central reserves the right to remove your directory listing and membership privileges until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.Cancellation Policy
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into www.beautycentralgc.com.au.
3.2. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period and directory listing and subscription benefits will remain active until the end date of the cancelled billing cycle.
3.3. No refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for partial subscription periods.Directory Listing
4.1. Beauty Central reserves the right to review, edit and approve all directory listings.
4.2. Your listing may be removed or edited at the discretion of Beauty Central if it violates any terms outlined herein or services provided are deemed unsatisfactory.Communication
5.1. Beauty Central will communicate with subscribers primarily through Facebook, Instagram and contact email provided.
5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your listing information remains up to date, updates can be requested by contacting Beauty Central Admin via Facebook, Instagram or email beautycentralgc@gmail.com
Changes to Terms
6.1. BCGC Directory reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of such changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law.
